Where we ship

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. The full list of destinations appears at checkout. If your country is not listed, email ravan@vivim.app and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

Cost

Standard shipping is a flat $10 per order, and free on orders over $100.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our overseas atelier. Standard delivery takes 8 to 16 business days to the United States and Europe. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel ships. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees: customs inspections and carrier delays are outside our control.

Customs and import charges

Parcels ship from outside the United States and the European Union. Any import duty, VAT or customs handling fee charged by your country is the responsibility of the recipient and is not included in the price paid at checkout.

Packaging

Each piece is folded in tissue and sealed in a branded pouch, then sent inside plain outer packaging with no visible mention of the contents. No invoice or pricing is placed in the parcel, so an order can be sent straight to someone as a gift.

Wrong address, lost or delayed parcels

Please check your delivery address before you place the order: once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email ravan@vivim.app and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
