Every Noctelle order is checked, folded in tissue and sealed before it leaves us. Here is exactly what to expect.
Processing
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will get a confirmation email straight away, and a second email with tracking as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Delivery times
Our pieces are made and dispatched from our overseas production partner, so transit takes longer than a domestic warehouse — this is how we keep hand-finished pieces at this price.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks and peak periods can add time. If your parcel has not moved for 10 days, email us and we will chase it.
Duties and taxes
Prices are shown excluding local import duties and taxes. Depending on where you are, your customs authority may charge duty on delivery. Any such charge is set by your country, not by us.
Discreet packaging
Each piece is folded in tissue inside a branded pouch, then sent in plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside that names the contents. There is no invoice or pricing in the parcel, so it can go straight to someone as a gift.
